Following the success of our first Samosa shoot last year, we are running the shoot again this year.
Date: Sunday 9th October 2022
Closing Date: 23:59 Sunday 2nd October
Round: Western 4 Dozen at 60 yards , 4 Dozen at 50 yards
Venue: Burton Joyce Archers, Poplars Sports Ground, Station Road, Burton Joyce, Nottinghamshire NG14 5AN
Entry Fee: £10.00 (£7.50 without food) Food only £3.50
To include Samosas and Onion bhaji (If you have any food preferences/allergies please check with us that this food is suitable before consumption).
Assembly: 10:00 a.m.
Sighters: 10:30 a.m.

Data Protection – When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow Style, Date of Birth/Age category, Email, Address, Phone Number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.
Anyone wishing to take photographs must register with the organizer on the day.
Burton Joyce Archers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to equipment or personal possessions
Car Parking available in the Sports Pavilion Car Park. Dogs must be on a lead, No Dogs allowed on the range
AGB cards must be shown on the day.

As we shoot over a multi-use Sports field No Carbon Arrows will be allowed
Medals will be awarded for all Rounds according to entries
AGB Dress will apply all day. Rule 307
Closing date for entries is 2nd October 2022 or when full. No refunds for cancellation will be given after the closing date
